Here is my card using the gorgeous Spring colors and layers that were inspired by the pretty inspiration photo!
(My embossing glitter came out a bit bright and not as pink as what I had expected,
but it makes the balloon really pop!)
I used the sentiment from "Up, Up and Away Sentiments".
I love this stamp set and use it all of the time!
With any luck, perhaps I will win the
