A Peek Through Poe's Window...

Perhaps it's just the dark side of me, but I love Edgar Allen Poe's works.
I have since I was a young reader.  I remember sneaking a flashlight into bed to lay under the covers and read until late into the night.
With the release of this new Stampendous stamp,
I was thrilled!
Presenting:
 "Nevermore"

The heat embossing brings out every tiny detail in this image.
Fortunately, Stampendous makes the BEST Detail Black Embossing Powder!
Once I stamped, embossed, burned the edges, and matted this image, it just looked so much as though I were peering through a window...
Poe's window perhaps...
And with the addition of the "lace curtains", it becomes even more so.
What sends a "Halloween" message better than that?
This is one of those cards I may have to keep for myself.
Just sayin'.
We're in the fourth day of  showing off new products from Stampendous! I hope you have enjoyed what you have seen so far!

I have seen you ladies use this stamp 3 times so far and I have to say although all have been fabulous this is by far my favorite. It is so elegantly beautiful. The little touch of red adds just the right touch. Hugs, Robin

Your project looks like it should be on the cover of one of Poe's books. Perfect! Stampendous black embossing powder must be great because that looks like there is nothing out of place.
