The BEARS are loose at Doodle Dragon!

This bi-weekly challenge at Pike's Playground is
"Bear Minimum"!

To simplify, this means we ask that you make a
Clean and Simple
(CAS)
card that has a Doodle Dragon bear image somewhere
inside or out!
As a terrific new release, we have this little bathing beauty!
I made this card as just a basic, "Howdy, from vacay!" type message.

"Sand between my toes"....

This bear image can be found in Dustin's brand new releases!

It's hard to see, but her little bikini IS yellow with tiny ploka dots!
Here's my second card made for the challenge.

Gate fold card, simply decorated with a sweet sentiement, and a bit of cord...

Opens to this...

It's difficult to see in the photo, but my little bear hangs from the sides of the card, and swings freely inside when the card is opened.

Here's from a different perspective:

Have fun with this challenge!

We want to see all of your imaginative ideas!

Supplies used:
Kraft paper
Sentiment (front), My Favorite Things, "Spa Day"
Sentiment (inside), Inkadinkado, "Kid Quotes"
Bear image, "Doodle Dragons"
Trees, Ippity, "So This is Love"
Copics Markers
Jute cord

MFT Challenge #65

I had posted my card entry to MFT on the Gallery at Splitcoast Stampers last week, but hadn't posted to my blog. I thought perhaps there are those of you who are also big Pure Innocence fans that would like to see yet another of the little gals!

My Favorite Little Gal!

Back again with a card featuring that adorable little Pure Innocence girl from
She's spunky, she's cute, and she can get you out of just about any sticky situation,
even a forgotten birthday!

This was submitted for the sketch challenge at MFT.
Since I flipped the sketch sideways, I figured I would download onto my blog that way! LOL!
Stamp: MFT, Pure Innocence, "Happy Mail"
Sentiment is also MFT, "First Class Friend"
Pattern papers are Basic Grey, "Nook and Pantry"
Die; Spellbinders, "Labels Eleven"
I realized after I took the pictures when the sun was still out, that I had forgotten to add the tiny flower I had dug out from hundreds of tiny Prima flowers to match her dress.
Ok, it's glued on now...  close your eyes and try to picture it!
If I think of it in the morning, I'll retake the picture.

She's a cutie, though, right?

Hey, Soul Sister!

I love this sentiment from My Favorite Things! It really says it all.  I'm all caught up in the while "vintage" look, and these doilies and sewing icons really make card making fun!
The sketch I used was from MFT, Wednesday Stamp Club, and with a bit of help from Cath over at Moxie Fab World with her Trigger Tuesday image,  I took the vintage doily with the Retro patterned paper and made this card with a heartfelt message!

Time's fun...

Here we are with a second post for the Jillibean Soup's sketch challenge!  Wow, Jillbean, Part Two! I love this old stamp from Close To My Heart! It always cracks me up!  When I realized that the last few remnants of Jillibean Soup paper I had left in my stash was the frog from Talk Soup, I knew exactly what this card would have to say!

Funny, eh? Come on, you smiled!

I flipped the sketch from my last card. And used my new die from MFT.  I thought the green doily somewhat looked like a lily pad.

I'll save this one for that special someone who needs a big lift!

Supplies:
PAPER: Jillibean Soup; Talk Soup
DIE: My Favorite Things, Duo Doilies
STAMP:  Sentiment CTMH, Fun Times and Dotted line; October Afternoon,        Hometown; Bee, Studio 18
BLING: Want2Scrap

Also entered in Sketch challenge at Jillibean Soup's Blog, Bean Talk
