Home for the hoildays!

Look at this simple but lovely card, beautiful sentiment...made by Julie Lacey.  She is one of the DT members at CASE Study Challenge Blog.

I made this Christmas card for this week's challenge.
They always have the most amazing Muse Designers to use for inspiration.

My only complaint was that when I added the "Icicle" Stickles to the house, it turned a really wierd tint of yellow!  It remained crystal clear, but sparkly, on the pop-up sentiment...hmmm...maybe the Momento ink bleeding through?  This was a new experience for me so if anyone knows why this happened...
Well, since I already had my card assembled, it's pretty much water under the bridge.

I really like the look of the uncolored inked image.
I will definately have to do this more often.
Makes your card making so much faster!

Supplies:
Paper; SEI, "Glitzmas", Bazzill Cardstock
Embossing; Cuttlebug, "Mistletoe Kisses"
Stamp; CTMH, Around the Block"
Die; Cricut, "Art Philosophy"
Stickles, "Icicle"
Flower; Making Memories

Since it qualifies, I will also enter it at:

Hey Jan, just wanted to send you a warm welcome....you make some FABULOUS cards, girl! Ok, What did you use as a stand and where did you get it? I noticed Mona Pendleton has the same one and I thought it was a flower frog but, now I see it isn't!
